Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.05.2015 on the accusation that he was found engaged in preparing the forged documents so that he could facilitate the truck drivers to cross the inter-state border without paying the tax to the government.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Barachatty P.S.
