Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.475 of 2016, registered under Sections 399, 402, 414, 467, 420 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)A,26II/35 of the Arms Act as well as under Sections 20/22 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected twice and by order dated 08.11.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No.50379 of 2017, the prayer of bail was rejected with an observation to renew the prayer of bail if trial does not conclude within three months from the date of the receipt of this order. The trial has not concluded and the petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2016.

No.12645 of 2018(2) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Vishal Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.475 of 2016.
