JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court taking note of recovery of the police rifle and cartridges form possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail custody for more than 21⁄2 years but in spite of issuance of several directions to the trial court, the trial of the petitioner could not be concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge IV, Barh, Patna in connection with session trial no. 1084 of 2014 arising out of Ghoswari P.S.case
