Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 279 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he dashed with a tractor causing injury and death of Nawal Kishore Sah. Allegation is that the act of the petitioner was intentional one to commit murder. The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2015. Earlier prayer for bail was refused to the petitioner vide Annexure-1 with observation that at that stage, the petitioner did not deserve bail.
Submission is that eight prosecution witnesses have already been examined in this case. Petitioner is ready to

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S. Tr. No. 203 of 2016 arising out of Saharsa Sadar Police Station Case No. 715 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
