2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that considering the nature of relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition, petitioner seeks to file a

Patna High Court CWJC No.11128 of 2023 dt.28-08-2023 2/2 detailed representation before the Registrar of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga considering the fact that funds have already been credited into the account of the University by the Finance Department after budgetary approval as contained in Memo No. 11 dated 21.05.2021 (Annexure-5).

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the Registrar of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga, is directed to ensure payment of dues as claimed for in the present writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

4. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
