2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 588 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The allegation in the F.I.R. is against Sadhu Sahni, Raju Sahni, Jamun Sahni of inflicting gunshot upon the husband of the informant and when a local boy, namely Guddu Kumar, came to rescue the informant's husband, he too sustained a fire arm injury on his left thigh.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated. He is no way connected with the alleged assault and is a man of clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. It is submitted that one co-accused similarly placed to petitioner has already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this court below vide order dated 22.07.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47005 of 2026.
7. Having considered the rival submissions of the parties, in particular, no specific overt act has been attributed against petitioner, that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, the informant is not an eye witness and that the delay between the occurrence, registration of F.I.R. and its submission before the Magistrate remains unexplained, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., First Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 588 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, as well as the following conditions: (i) One of the bailers shall be a close family member
