2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to remove the encroachment from the land appertaining to Thana no.112 Khata No.462, Survey No.6120 area 01 Dhur 7 Dhur situated in mauza Sisai,
Patna High Court CWJC No.14485 of 2025(3) dt.21-07-2026 2/3 Anchal-Goreyakothi, District-Siwan;
(ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent Circle Officer, Goreyakothi, District-Siwan to initiate encroachment proceeding against the encroacher and remove the encroachment from the land appertaining to Thana no.112 Khata No.462, Survey No.0120 area 01 Dhur 7 Dhur situated in mauza Sisal, Anchal-Goreyakothi, District-Siwan;
(iii) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner with reasoned and speaking order, but the same is still pending; (iv) for issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioner will be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, Mr. Ajay Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lady may be allowed to represent before the Circle Officer, Goreyakothi, Siwan.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection.
5. In that background, granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the grievance before the Circle Officer, Goreyakothi, Siwan, the writ petition is disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
