The petitioner seeks bail in Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 87/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 328, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his brother-in-law Bachan Rai came and after sometime went to the house of Jogindra Rai in search of his wife Sripati Devi (petitioner) but he did not return. It is submitted that the informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence. The dead body of Bachan Rai was found by the side of road. It is alleged that the petitioner had illicit relation with Jogindra Rai and that is why the suspicion is raised against the petitioner. Manjhi Rai and Yogendra Rai have already been enlarged on bail.

No.32953 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Subhash Chandra, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sheohar, in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 87/2014.
