The application alleges wilful/deliberate disregard/disobedience of the order dated 05.02.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1770 of 2014 (Annexure- 1) whereby the authorities were directed to provisionally release the vehicle subject to result of the confiscation proceeding.

It appears that the confiscation proceeding itself was disposed of on 01.02.2014. The aforesaid fact, however, was not brought to the notice of the Court when the writ application was
