The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The informant alleged that on 18.09.2014 while he had gone to attend the call of nature, some body caught him and assaulted him with knife on his chest. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner was apprehended and the police took his confession. Except the confession, the police did not collect any further evidence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32393 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Arvind, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014.
