2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.63 of 2021/CIS No.63 of 2021, arising out of Shankarpur P.S. Case No.195 of 2019 lodged under Sections 302/34 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected twice vide orders dated 28.09.2022 and 06.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60920 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No.53014 of 2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that report has been called for. From the report, it transpires that the trial Court has demanded 4 months time to conclude the trial.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the trial Court has demanded 4 months time to conclude the trial.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

7. However, trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within 2 months.
