2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Vijayipur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024 lodged on 11.02.2024 for offences punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution story F.I.R. has been lodged against 5 named accused persons including the present petitioners in which informant alleged that marriage of her daughter was solemnized with the son of the petitioners and on the non-fulfillment of dowry demand, petitioners along with family members used to torture the informant's daughter.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51463 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/3 Moreover, deceased come to know that her husband was having illicit relationship with another girl for which she opposed, but under conspiracy, she was killed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that it is true that marriage was solemnized with the son of the petitioners but they were unknown about this fact that his son was having illicit relationship. He further submits that as informant's daughter come to know about the illicit relationship of her husband, she hanged herself and committed suicide. He further submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to interference of the well wishers, a petition has been filed by the informant that they have entered into compromise and they are not interested to pursue this case further.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail .

As such, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest of surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the
