The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Begusarai Nagar (Lohiya Nagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 721 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 376, 384, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and also Section 3 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town (Lohiya Nagar O.P.)
