JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For setting a side the order dated 12.5.2023 passed in Aanganwari Appeal No. 177/19-20 by District Magistrate, Banka whereby the District Magistrate passed the order impugned in very mechanical manner without appreciating the fact prevailing while the selection of Aanganwari

Patna High Court CWJC No.11411 of 2023(2) dt.02-01-2024 2/3 Sevika in Centre No. 258, Gram Panchayat Rangram ward No. 4, under Block-Dhoriya, Banka.

(ii) And also to set aside the order dated 19.6.2019 passed in Aanganwari Case No. 17/2018-19 by District Programme Officer, Banka whereby the selection of Respondent No. 6 has been cancelled but the direction has not been passed to select the petitioner.

(iii) Further for direction to the Respondent Authorities to select and appoint the petitioner on the post of Sevika petitioner is next candidate after respondent no. 6 Geeta Kumari who has been terminated by the order of District Programme Officer, Banka."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
