The name of petitioner has been given in fardbeyan by the informant on the basis of suspicion as allegedly petitioner had taken Rs. 60,000/- from the deceased on pretext to sale the land and prior to alleged occurrence, allegedly, petitioner had given threatening to the deceased.
The present case was lodged on 26.03.2015 and in course of investigation, on 16.04.2015, one witness claimed to have seen the petitioner and co-accused having blood stain on their hands just after the alleged occurrence and except the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31979 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 aforesaid material there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S.Case No. 48 of 2015.
