The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392, 402, 414of the Indian Penal Code and under section 15(1-b), (a)/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended many persons and from their possession arms and ammunitions were recovered. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the disclosure made by the apprehended persons. The petitioner is in jail since 17.04.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33275 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, East Champaran at Motihari in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014. .
