Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.04.2015 and the alleged recovery of motorcycle was made from joint possession of two persons and furthermore, it is admitted case of the prosecution that five persons were carrying the above stated seized motorcycle. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.
