No doubt, petitioner was apprehended along with other accused when he agedly assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity but admittedly, no weapon was recovered from his conscious possession and it is stated that Rs 20,000/- was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Ballia P.S. Case no. 94/2015.
