The name of petitioner came in this case at paragraphs17 & 18 of the case diary and witnesses, whose statements were recorded in the aforesaid paragraphs, claimed that they had seen the petitioner and one co-accused, Ganga Yadav moving on Pulsar Motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Ganga Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
