JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 06.06.2016 passed by the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Muzaffarpur by filing an appeal before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur within a period of two weeks from today. In case, such an appeal is filed, the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur shall consider the case of the petitioner on merits and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from today.
