JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is contended that as per allegation, 246.09 liters of Nepali Wine was recovered from the Sumo vehicle. It is further contended that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as the vehicle which was being chased by the police got stuck in mud and petitioner was allegedly helping by pushing

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 40 of 2018.
