This application has been filed for seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to release the godown of the petitioner standing on Mauza Pipra, Phulwarisharif, Police Station, Ramkrishna Nagar, Patna Thana No. 105, Khata No. 31, Survey Plot No. 240, details of which are mentioned in Rent Agreement dated 01.08.2020 in favour of the petitioner which has been sealed by Gopalpur Police Station in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024.

3. This application has disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate Court for release of the godown by filing an application.
