Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased who died on 22.9.2014 but it is admitted case of the prosecution that before her death, she was taken to hospital and got treatment. Moreover, first information report reflects that husband of deceased had illicit relation with another woman. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Marhowrah P.S.
