In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order vide memo no.2968 dated 29.06.2017, by which the Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, has refused to extend the service of the petitioner further.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as it is a stigmatic order, it will prejudice the future of the petitioner. From the order, it appears that though the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9431 of 2017 dt.02-08-2018 2/2 respondents were proposing to initiate a proceeding against the petitioner, but ultimately, an innocuous order has been passed, refusing to extend the service of the petitioner further. In such view of the matter, the aforesaid order will not cause any prejudice to the petitioner in future. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
