The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Karendey P.S.Case No. 57 of 2016 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that some unknown miscreants looted Maida loaded truck..

Submission is that no incriminating material has been recovered from the petitioner nor he was put on TIP, the only material transpired against him disclosure of his name in the confessional statement of co-accused and similarly situated coaccused Vikash Kumar and Shishupal Kumar have been admitted to bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 8600 of 2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Anil Yadav, is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21459 of 2018(2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Radhey Shyam, J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Karendey P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016 with condition that one of the bailor must be his close family member. Petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date during trial and in case of failure on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
