In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the accused persons have assaulted the informant. Against the petitioner, there is allegation of causing injury to the victim by Khanti. The petitioner has criminal history.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of
