2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioners and other coaccused persons armed with lathi, danda and knife came at the door of the informant and started closing the way of his house.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents. There is case and counter case between the parties. The allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. Section 307 is not attracted against him.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Incharge Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
