JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the case diary. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No.35 of 2019 pending in the Court of ACJM-I, Purnea registered for an offence under Sections 304B/34 the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the written report of the informant the FIR has been lodged alleging therein that the petitioner and other accused persons have committed murder of her daughter due to non-fulfilment of demand of motorcycle. It is further alleged that the daughter of the informant has been killed by pressing her throat.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior

In view of the aforesaid facts, as the petitioner is the husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from the date of order.
