Learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Jha contends that the University has not fully, correctly or rightly complied with the order of this Court passed in the said writ proceedings or subsequent orders passed by this Court in subsequent contempt proceedings and other proceedings.
Be that as it may, in this jurisdiction, I cannot pass adjudicatory orders. However, leave is granted to the petitioners, if they are aggrieved by the actions of the University, they may take recourse of law as they may be advised.
With this observation, this application stands disposed of.
