The petitioner is languishing in jail since 17.04.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the informant made an allegation that his relative Shobha Kumari came to him to persuade him to invest in Weird Infrastructure Corporation Limited. After sometimes Shobha Kumari again came to his house with his senior agent Sudhir Prasad, the accused persons to persuade the informant to invest in the aforesaid company. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2015. Chargesheet has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43354 of 2015 (3) dt.10-11-2015 been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is not the employee of the bank in question, he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The other coaccused has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.44320 of 2015.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.601 of 2014, G.R.No.17 of 2014.
