Petitioner is not named in the first information report and in course of investigation, one witness namely, Pappu Yadav claimed about the involvement of the petitioner and thereafter the confessional statement of petitioner as well as other accused were recorded and some call details were also collected and it appears that except the aforesaid materials, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arah, in connection with
