In this case, the petitioners have been working as driver/computer typist on daily wage basis. They are claiming for regularization of service.

This Court cannot give straightway direction for regularization of service. However, if any vacancy is advertised and the petitioners apply against that advertisement, then their case will be considered in terms of the Bihar Group 'D' (Recruitment & Service Conditions), Rules, 2009 or any other Circulars issued in pursuance of aforesaid Rules of 2009. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
