Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 07.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.41317 of 2017 with a direction to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case. Now the petitioner has prayed for provisional bail on the ground of marriage of his sister and he has annexed a card of marriage as Annexure-8.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with direction to the learned trial court/judge concerned to obtain a report from the concerned Police Station within a period of 1-3

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20253 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 days from the date of receipt of this order, whether there is marriage in the house of the petitioner, and if the submission is found true, he shall release the petitioner on provisional bail for a period of two weeks to his own satisfaction and the petitioner will surrender just after completion of aforesaid two weeks and file a surrender certificate before the learned court below. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
