JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file objection under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file objection under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 in connection with Certificate Case No. 3 of 2014-15, pending in the court of District Certificate Officer, Sitamarhi within a period of eight weeks from today.

Till passing of the final order by the said Certificate

Patna High Court CWJC No.7456 of 2016(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 Officer, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. However, it is clarified that if the petitioner does not file objection within eight weeks, the Certificate Officer, Sitamarhi shall proceed ex-parte.
