JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2022 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a contempt petition bearing M.J.C. no. 5131 of 2019, which has stood dismissed on account of non-prosecution by an order dated 17.08.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of inadvertence, the learned counsel for the petitioner could not attend the hearing of the said case when the

Patna High Court MJC No.1596 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 said case was taken up by this Court, hence, it is submitted that a sympathetic view be taken and the contempt petition be restored.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments made in the present petition, the aforesaid contempt petition bearing M.J.C. no. 5131 of 2019 is restored to its original file. The present petition stands allowed.
