The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "That this writ application is being filed for giving order/orders or direction/directions commanding the Respondents especially the Respondent No.

3, the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga to dispose off the Revision application bearing PDS Revision No. 10/2022 filed by the petitioner pending in the Court of the learned Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga, within stipulated period."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that only prayer of the petitioner is to direct the Divisional

Patna High Court CWJC No.11091 of 2023(2) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 Commissioner (Respondent No. 3) before whom the Supply Revision Case No. 10/2022 is pending to dispose off the said revision as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Divisional Commissioner to pass appropriate order on the revision filed by the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions, the Divisional Commissioner (Respondent No. 3) is directed to dispose off the Supply Revision Case No. 10/2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

6. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
