Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phulpras P.S.Case No. 121 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioners and other co-accused persons is of firing and assault.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed to any of the petitioners rather specific allegation is against other co-accused persons and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13461 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.12.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 61907 of 2017. Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, surrender within a period of four weeks and on their so surrendering they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Phulpras P.S.Case No. 121 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
