2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 274 and 275 of BNS and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2022 .
3 . It is alleged that 3.5 liters illicit liquor was recovered from seized vehicle .
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of the petitioner was disclosed by local constable . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicle . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicle , clean antecedent and other circumstances of case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned special Judge Excise Act, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhratharhi Police Station Case No. 45 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
