Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2018. Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He was never put on TI Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession. The investigation of the case is complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17808 of 2018 (2) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Muffasil Police Station Case No. 21 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
