JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R but in course of investigation, co-accused Subash Singh, who was arrested by the police, disclosed the name of petitioner. It is alleged that the motorcycle, which had been used in the commission of present occurrence, belonged to the petitioner and except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances particularly, taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 25.05.2015, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32353 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad ( T) P.S.Case No. 209 of 2015.
