The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant's 19 years old daughter Radha Kumari was abducted by Sanjeev Chaurasiya with the help of the petitioners being the brother and father of Sanjeev Chaurasiya. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim Radha Kuamri had married with Sanjeev Chaurasiya and they have filed a petition to that effect before S.H.O. of Prashant Bihar Police Station, New Delhi. The same has been brought on record as Annexure-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25088 of 2016 (2) dt.20-06-2016 2/A. The marriage certificate of the victim girl and Sanjeev Chaurasiya in Arya Samaj Marriage Mandal has been brought on record as Annexure-2. It is further submitted that as per own admission of the victim the victim was major at the time of occurrence.

Considering the thrust of accusation against co-accused Sanjeev Chaurasiya, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
