It would appear that stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of co-accused Mujibul @ Laltu and so far as the petitioner is concerned, except confessional statement of co-accused Arif @ Sonu, there is nothing against him.

Moreover, petitioner does have criminal antecedent except one case i.e. Gopalganj P.S. Case no. 57/2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Gopalganj Town P.S.
