In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order passed in the year 2011 and the present writ application has been filed in the year 2018. There is also no explanation for such an inordinate delay of seven years.

Inasmuch as, the present petitioner is not from the family of Saudagar Gope but, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since long the posts have remained vacant and the respondents should take steps for advertisement of the post and its selection, if the posts are still vacant, let the respondents should publish the advertisement and make selection in terms of 2006 Rules.
