JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court on merit, vide order dated 4.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33598 of.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier there was mentioning at para 5 and 7 of the petition, which does not disclose name of the petitioner and so far para 12 is concerned, there was a chance witness and para 13 disclose name of the other accused persons along with the petitioner. Another accused has been granted bail, vide order dated 8.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13092 of 2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts that earlier his prayer for bail had been rejected on merit, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20172 of 2018 (2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the commitment of the case and after commitment expedite the trial of the case and if no substantive progress is made within the period of six months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
