2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals looted a truck. The name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of coaccused. Other connected materials have also come during investigation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 20.04.2024 and has three criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected.
