JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Naurangia PS Case No. 21 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the IPC.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is that the deceased had some illicit affairs with three girls and it is said that the petitioner is also one of them, only material which transpired during investigation is that the deceased was seen going with this petitioner for the last time, thereafter after expiry of fortnight dead body was recovered, except that there is no other material against the petitioner, investigation is complete, the petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Manisha Kumari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM II Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Naurangia PS Case No. 21 of 2017.
