Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 03.02.2021. Vide order dated 11.02.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that out of 15 chargesheeted witnesses 01 witness has been examined and the case is fixed for further evidence.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
