The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Malsalami PS Case No. 220 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, despite taking consideration money of Rs. 25,00,000/- from the informant, petitioner neither executed the land in favour of the complainant nor returned the money.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has not taken any money from the informant. No chit of paper has been annexed by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49451 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 informant in support of the allegation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

However, counsel for informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
