This is an application for regular bail in connection with Baniyapur P. S. Case no. 266 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 376G of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioner along with others is of committing rape and murder of niece of informant. Petitioner has been named in FIR on basis of suspicion only. Nothing incriminating material has been recovered from possession of petitioner.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner is that he has been made accused on account of previous dispute, enmity and village politics. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XI, Chapra, in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case no. 266 of 2017.
