The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have submitted forged BETET Certificate for getting job.

It is submitted that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 01.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12970 of 2015 but the petitioner could not surrender in time. The petitioner is in jail since 06.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
